They do not constitute medical or psychological advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional help.
  2. Subscriptions and Payments Some features of the App may require a subscription. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to their terms. We do not handle payment details directly.
  3. User Content You retain full ownership of the notes and content you create in the App. We do not access or share your content unless explicitly required for synchronization or backup (if enabled).
  4. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information.
  5. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
